|
|
A Bit late I know ,
Must be an American car
I rang the ad in the paper and he told me that the run is by the American Car Club
leaving the Gateway shopping centre car park(armadale road by freeway ) about 11 -11:30 and cruise to Whiteman Park
display near the museum and they will have BBQ facilities (trailer - I think)
or the cafe will be open, $10 gets you a run bag and a raffle ticket - prize is a night for 2 at Obs city, there will be more raffles on the day. Should be all over by 2:30 - 3pm but you can make your way home anytime. They had about 70 cars last year and are hoping for more this year.

Fantastic thanks for the pics. I love that 3 window
and, of course the vettes, that goes without saying. It's a
pity we couldn't take the trans am, still needs the gold bird
on the hood thought. We will get around to it sooner or later. |

it was in 1995, and had just picked up the gong for top coupe at the victorian hotrod show a few weeks before...
it ran a tuned port 350 chev, which was later changed to a blown 350..before the tax man wanted to know why the owner was claiming a hotrod as a buisness car...oops... the motor was pulled, and the rolling shell was sold for 55k, it went to perth, will try and find a pic of it....
big doller hotrod, built in a pro shop. |
